Complaints
Macquarie ADF Superannuation Fund has arrangements for dealing with your inquiries and complaints. If you have a complaint:
- you may telephone us on 1800 806 310 and/or
- it may then be necessary to write to us
We will ordinarily respond to your written inquiry or complaint within 45 days of receipt.
If you are still not satisfied with our response after 90 days, you may wish to refer the matter to the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal, an independent body set up by the Federal Government to review trustee decisions relating to individual members.
